General Information

  • Semgrep's Founders Club is an exclusive recognition program designed to celebrate and reward top-performing sales employees for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the company's success.

  • Eligibility is based on meeting or exceeding specific sales targets, quotas, or other performance metrics set by the GTM team within a fiscal year. These metrics vary by team and role.

  • Winners are selected based on their sales performance, including metrics such as total sales revenue, percentage of quota achieved, and new business development.

Travel and Logistics

  • Semgrep will cover trip expenses including airfare for the winner and their guest, accommodations, transportation, hosted meals, and a sponsored activity. Each room will also received a $500 room credit to spend on other expenses that will make their stay comfortable. Any personal expenses or additional excursions may need to be covered by the attendee.

  • Yes, winners are encouraged to bring a guest, such as their spouse, partner, friend, or family member to celebrate their achievements and show our sincere appreciation for their support while working at a startup. The costs will be covered by Semgrep, ensuring they can share in this special recognition.

Participation

  • If a winner cannot attend the trip, they may still receive other forms of recognition or rewards. It’s best to check with the program organizer (Kathy Liu) if this applies to you.

  • Founders Club is designed to celebrate our top achievers, making it an exclusive and special event. We encourage you to bring a spouse, partner, family member, or friend to share in and help celebrate your accomplishments. If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Liu.

  • We encourage you to use this trip to unwind and relax, but we understand that family commitments can make that challenging. If you would like to bring your children, we can certainly accommodate them. However, please note that most group activities, such as dinners and sponsored programs, are adults-only. The resort offers a small children's club and we can arrange for nanny services in your room during dinners. Please be aware that flights and additional charges for guests beyond the one accompanying guest will not be covered by Semgrep.
